1. Digital Product Delivery

All Anise Studio products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to your products via:

• Email Download Link: Sent to the email address you provided during purchase

• Wix Account Download: If you created an account, you can access your files from your order history

 

2. Delivery Timing

• Instant Delivery: Most digital products are available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed

• Email Delivery: You should receive your download email within 5–10 minutes of purchase

• Check Spam Folder: If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder

3. File Formats

​

Our digital products are delivered in the following formats:

• PDF Files: For planners, journals, scrapbooks, and organisational tools

• High-Resolution Images: For wall art, posters and travel prints (JPG or PNG)

• Templates: Some products may include editable templates (check product description for details)

4. Download Limits and Expiration

• Download Window: Your download links will remain active for 7 days after purchase for security purposes

• Download Limit: You may download your files up to 5 times per link

• Save Your Files: After downloading, we recommend saving your files to your computer, cloud storage, or printing them for permanent access

5. Technical Support

If you experience any issues with your download:

• Wait 10 Minutes: Email delivery may take a few minutes

• Check Spam/Junk Folder: Download emails may be filtered there

• Contact Us: If you still don’t receive your files, contact us at anise.studio@icloud.com

 

We will respond within 2 business days and help you access your purchase.

6. Printing Your Digital Products

You are welcome to print your digital products for personal use:

• Print at home or at a professional printing service

• Print multiple copies for your personal use only

• Do not sell, redistribute or share printed copies with others

7. Refunds and Returns

​

Because digital products are instantly downloadable and cannot be returned:

​

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital products unless the file is defective or not delivered

• Defective Files: If your file is corrupted or doesn’t work, contact us and we will replace it or provide a refund

8. International Access

​

Our digital products are accessible worldwide. There are no shipping restrictions or customs fees for digital downloads.

9. Order Confirmation

​

After purchasing, you will receive:

• Order Confirmation Email: Confirms your purchase and payment

• Download Email: Contains links to access your digital files

 

Keep both emails for your records.
