1. Introduction

Welcome to Anise Studio. This Refund Policy explains our terms and procedures for refunds on digital products. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

By purchasing from Anise Studio, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

2. Digital Product Refund Policy

All Anise Studio products are digital downloads (planners, journals, wall art, scrapbooks, bundles and printables). Because digital products are instantly downloadable and cannot be returned, we have the following refund policy:

 

a) No Refunds for Standard Purchases

  • We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded

  • This includes cases where you:

    • No longer want the product

    • Decide the product is not suitable for your needs

    • Forget to download or save your files

    • Print the product and no longer need it

b) Exceptions for Refunds

We may offer a refund only in the following situations:

  • Defective or Corrupted Files: The file does not open, is corrupted or is missing content

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive your download email within 24 hours of purchase

  • Incorrect Product: You received a different product than what you purchased

  • Duplicate Purchase: You were charged twice for the same product

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

 

a) Contact Us Within 7 Days

  • Email us at anise.studio@icloud.com within 7 days of purchase

  • Include the following information:

    • Your order number

    • The product name

    • A description of the issue

    • Any supporting screenshots (if applicable)

b) We Will Verify the Issue

  • We will review your request within 2 business days

  • For defective files, we may ask you to provide a sample or screenshot

  • We will verify that the issue meets our refund criteria

 

c) Refund Decision

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • If denied, we will explain why and may offer a replacement file instead

4. File Replacement Instead of Refund

For defective or corrupted files, we prefer to offer a replacement file instead of a refund:

  • We will send you a new download link for the same product

  • This is typically faster than processing a refund

  • If you prefer a refund instead, please let us know

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloading the file and deciding you don’t like it

  • Not reading the product description before purchasing

  • Printing the file and no longer needing it

  • Technical issues on your device (e.g., incompatible software)

  • Missing the download email (please check spam/junk folder)

  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake

6. Gifted or Shared Products

If you purchased a product for someone else or shared your download with others:

  • Refunds are not available for gifted or shared products

  • We cannot verify the condition of files shared with others

  • Each purchase is intended for one individual user only

7. Bundles and Collections

For product bundles (e.g., Mindful Travel Bundle, Travel Pro Bundle):

  • Refunds are not available if you have downloaded any file from the bundle

  • If the entire bundle is defective, we may offer a full replacement or refund

  • Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available

8. International Purchases

  • Our refund policy applies to all customers worldwide

  • There are no additional refund terms for international purchases

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency (e.g., EUR)

9. Payment Processors

Refunds are processed through our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal):

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment method

  • Some banks may take longer to show the refund in your account

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

  • We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice

  • The updated version will include a new “Last Updated” date

  • Your purchase is governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase

  • We encourage you to review this policy before purchasing
